Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

Orders may not be changed or cancelled after the order period closes. Any orders not picked up by the end of our last drop point will be donated to a family in need (or to an organization who serves families in need).

We accept credit card payment (which includes a 3.5% fee added to your service/delivery charge).  If you'd like info on our cash prepayment option that we now have, CONTACT US!

Our goal is to provide the highest quality products.  Regarding produce, the customer understands that since many of our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".
